Rock Fish Soup, 320g


The historical recipe of the house Azaïs-Polito since 1963… Its exact composition varies according to the results of fishing but it is always rich in fish (scorpion fish, conger eels, clavises, ribbons…).



For 2 to 3 plates.

Composition: Mediterranean rock fish (52%), Water, Tomatoes, White wine, Extra virgin olive oil, Vegetables, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Herbs and Saffron.

Tasting: serve this rock fish soup with croutons, grated cheese and the famous Sète rust.
