Description
Composition: Squid, Pure pork stuffing (lean pork 82% of the stuffing, bread, fresh eggs, parsley, garlic), Sauce (water, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, vegetables, carob seed flour, salt, pepper and herbs)
Tasting: heat over low heat, then arrange the squid on a dish, bind the rest of the sauce with a Sète rouille and coat it with rice, pasta or steamed apples.
