Squid stuffed Sète style, 630g


It was in 1972 that Raymond Polito had the idea in Sète to put in jars the famous stuffed squid that his grandmother Finette Polito prepared and which made the family happy.

The idea, which seemed a bit crazy at first, proved to be a real success and this speciality has since been rewarded several times in different competitions!



Composition: Squid, Pure pork stuffing (lean pork 82% of the stuffing, bread, fresh eggs, parsley, garlic), Sauce (water, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, vegetables, carob seed flour, salt, pepper and herbs)

Tasting: heat over low heat, then arrange the squid on a dish, bind the rest of the sauce with a Sète rouille and coat it with rice, pasta or steamed apples.
